Lowndes Hosts Mt. Zion in Non-Conference Clash Friday Night

VALDOSTA, Ga. — The Lowndes Wildcats will welcome the Mt. Zion Vikings to Lowndes High School for a non-conference matchup Friday at 8 p.m.

Lowndes (1-0) comes into the game with a strong start to the season, having opened with a 43-20 victory. The Wildcats, ranked No. 93 nationally and No. 15 in Georgia, are led by powerhouse rusher Mason Woods, who averages 176 yards per game.
